Delivery Policy

Car4Deal is an online marketplace for vehicle buying and selling. We do not deliver physical cars; however, we enable smooth communication between buyers and sellers for delivery or pickup arrangements.

1. Vehicle Delivery Responsibility

All delivery or pickup logistics are mutually agreed upon by the buyer and seller. Car4Deal is not responsible for transport, damages, or delays during delivery.

2. Suggested Guidelines

We strongly advise both parties to:

• Use verified transport services.
• Get delivery terms in writing, including delivery location, charges, and time estimates.
• Inspect the vehicle thoroughly before accepting delivery.

3. Ownership Transfer

The buyer and seller are jointly responsible for completing the RC (Registration Certificate) transfer at their local RTO. Car4Deal does not handle registration transfers.

4. Paid Listing Services

For featured listings or promotions purchased via our platform, delivery refers to the listing going live within 1 hour (usually instantly). If delayed, please contact support.
