At Car4Deal, we value our customers and strive to offer complete transparency in our refund practices. Our refund policy is tailored to ensure fairness for all users engaging in buying, selling, or listing vehicles on our platform.
1. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are applicable only under the following conditions:
- If you have paid for a premium or featured listing but the service was not delivered due to a technical issue.
- If a duplicate payment was made due to a system error.
- If a user cancels a listing within 24 hours and no service was initiated.
2. Non-Refundable Services
Refunds will not be processed in the following scenarios:
- Change of mind after purchasing a listing or ad package.
- Listing removed due to policy violations.
- Disputes between buyers and sellers – Car4Deal only facilitates listings.
3. Refund Process
To request a refund, users must:
- Email us at support@car4deal.com with proof of payment and reason for refund.
- Include your listing ID or transaction ID.
- Requests must be submitted within 7 days of payment.
4. Refund Timeline
Once approved, refunds are processed within 7–10 business days via the original payment method.
