As Car4Deal is a marketplace for used and new vehicles, we do not directly sell any cars or handle physical product deliveries. Therefore, returns are governed by agreements between buyers and sellers. However, we promote transparency and encourage fair return practices.
1. Buyer-Seller Agreement
Buyers and sellers are encouraged to clearly agree on return terms before finalizing a vehicle deal. This may include:
- Test drive satisfaction.
- Condition upon delivery.
- Transfer of ownership and documents.
2. Return Request Procedure
If a buyer faces serious misrepresentation about a car (e.g., major undisclosed issues), they can:
- Contact the seller directly for a resolution.
- Report the issue to Car4Deal support within 48 hours.
3. Car4Deal’s Role
While we do not enforce return policies directly, we may:
- Mediate disputes between buyer and seller.
- Suspend seller accounts if repeated complaints are reported.
4. No Returns on Digital Products
All paid services (e.g., promoted listings or advertisements) are non-returnable once delivered.
