5. Payments & Fees

We may charge a fee for premium listings or featured vehicles. All payments are final unless stated otherwise in our Refund Policy.

6. Prohibited Activities

• Posting duplicate, false, or illegal listings.
• Using bots or scripts to automate actions.
• Harassing other users or posting offensive content.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any direct or indirect losses arising from use of our site or services. Users must perform their own due diligence before making transactions.

8. Termination

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Indian law, and any disputes shall be resolved in courts located in Dehradun, Uttarakhand.
